Between Trailblazier and Vipers, Trailblaizers would be easier to use in solo content because it is such a defensive heavy stat without giving up its main condi DPS. You can use pulls with classes like mesmer or necro to group all the enemies together for your partner to use a strong melee skill like ranger or warrior axe 5.
