For a condi build as OP requested. Since Crits don't really influence condi on thief. It's more a WvW build but it also let's you survive big hits from champs and whatnot. Hi, I've recently leveled up a Ranger to lvl 80 ( not with boost, by hard work :D ) At the moment im stuck between what gear to choose. I dont have much money, only 80g.
